Finally Back!
It's been a while since I've posted anything. I have been very busy with the holidays and just living the daily life. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve party at my sister's house and a Christmas Day dinner at my sister in law's. The kids love their presents especially their new Rock band Wii game from their Uncle Carlo. His gift is the winner this year. But I think my husband is the one who loves it the most. Can you see?
I am super excited for the New Year's. We'll be meeting 2009 in Wisconsin Dells. Plus, it'll be my birthday and Lisa Bearnson will be on QVC at midnight for scrapbooking special. Thankfully, I can watch her because the pool closes after the celebration so we have to go back to the room. But the best thing of all is that, Becky Higgins 365 Days Kit will finally be on sale the following day . I just hope and pray it doesn't sell out before I get to it. I'll definitely be on the computer early. Check out her website. It is really a fun and easy kit to document your everyday life. http://www. beckyhiggins.com (click on her blog and she has several posts about this kit).

Re: Michael's Cubes
It is by a company called Jetmaxx. It is very easy to assemble. I did it all by myself and used electric screwdriver so it was painless.
So the things I love about it are: 1) Easy assembly 2) Mix and match capability 3) Able to hold 12 x 12 albums including the 3 ring albums by WeRMemoryKeepers (these are bigger than the postbounds) and can fit up to 3-4 of these kind in 1 cube 4) Price is affordable (got it on sale for $15 each cube 5) Because it is modular, you can rearrange it to accomodate your needs. 5) I love the color.
Now for the negatives: 1) It is not as big and as thick as Crop and Style Cube 2) the 12 x 12 cardstock holders does not fit. I have heard some people cut their holders to fit in the cube. But if you turn it around, it will fit (I'll post a picture later) . I was going to do this but decided not to so I could use the cubes for something else. I am happier with this decision. 3) They're laminate and not real wood.
Overall, I love it.
