I'm Back!!!

It's been such a long time since I last post anything. I've been very busy and by the time I have a free time, I usually just scrap. I did lots of layouts and finished Kelly's Baby album. She ended up having 3 albums like Nikki. I just finished redecorating my scraproom this week. It took me a full week to paint everything and put everything back in place. I am very happy with the result. It was exactly the vision that I had in my head. This is my DREAM ROOM and it is totally ME. There's still some things to be done and I still have to organize the closets but that has to wait till after our vacation. Once again, I am super busy this week. And since I have been sleeping almost after midnight everyday and waking up early, I feel no desire to exercise at all. But at least my dream room is finished.
About my scrap room, it is a Parisian Theme. My kids love to stay with me while I scrap and on summertime most especially, they sleep here while I scrap late at night. So this bed is a must. Nice also if we have a guest although we don't have too many family sleepovers since we all live close together.

Here's My Dream Scrap Room

I will post how I organize my supplies next time. The closets are a mess right now so that would be my next project. I also have some things I need to put on the wall to finish up the room. So till next time.

Re: Michael's Cubes

It is by a company called Jetmaxx. It is very easy to assemble. I did it all by myself and used electric screwdriver so it was painless.
So the things I love about it are: 1) Easy assembly 2) Mix and match capability 3) Able to hold 12 x 12 albums including the 3 ring albums by WeRMemoryKeepers (these are bigger than the postbounds) and can fit up to 3-4 of these kind in 1 cube 4) Price is affordable (got it on sale for $15 each cube 5) Because it is modular, you can rearrange it to accomodate your needs. 5) I love the color.

Now for the negatives: 1) It is not as big and as thick as Crop and Style Cube 2) the 12 x 12 cardstock holders does not fit. I have heard some people cut their holders to fit in the cube. But if you turn it around, it will fit (I'll post a picture later) . I was going to do this but decided not to so I could use the cubes for something else. I am happier with this decision. 3) They're laminate and not real wood.

Overall, I love it.

Utilizing more Space

Behind the door storage for my punches and embelies that I can easily reach. On the right side is another spare drawer from from dresser and I just use it fo items I don't often use.

Chipboard and Letter Stickers

I love that one of the cubes hold a basket for my letters.

Foam Letters Storage

Foam stamps sorted by letters. I used foam and acrylic stamps more than the rubber stamps. This storage really work for me.

Cube Drawers

Bookcase

The bookcase holds my ribbons and embellishments. The top drawer in my dresser holds my stamps and inks. This is mostly for my dd coz I'm not a big stamper.

Scrap Room

This is my scrap table. I'm petite so this is perfect for me.

Scrapbook Room

Hi! I would like to share my scrap area which is in our Master's bedroom. I love to scrapbook here and very happy with these cubes I purchased from Michaels.
